Velocity by AiCoaches · Results delivery with Claude

For the CEO who signed the AI budget

The board will ask what AI changed this year. Right now the honest answer is a training completion rate.

Velocity turns AI training into a ledger of Value Impact receipts, the method from Matt Kesby's Untangling AI (Wiley, USA Today bestseller). Every skill your people mint records the dollars each run returns.

Experience it · put on your headphones

Watch Anita run the presentation, in her own voice.

Six real slides, narrated live by Anita in the exact voice your team hears every day. Tap the slide to play. Headphones on, so the room doesn't talk over her.

Audio only leaves your device if you share it. No mic, no login.

The opportunity with AI is real.
The execution is the issue.
Velocity is the solution.

I

Why training fails to deliver

You already know the pattern. You have paid for it.

  • It decays. Within 24 hours, roughly 70% of training content is forgotten. Within a week, 90%. The forgetting curve does not care how good the workshop was.

    Knowledge retention over time

    Illustrative: design preview, sample data

  • It never transfers. The course happens in a classroom or a browser tab. The work happens somewhere else. Nothing bridges the two, so nothing changes on the job.

The Velocity SideCar running beside Claude Cowork on the desktop: Anita is listening, the activity is Board Meeting Prep for CEOs, and the Value Impact strip shows three hundred dollars this session, about three thousand six hundred dollars a year if kept up.
Velocity's answer: the training happens INSIDE the work. Anita coaches by voice while the real task runs in Claude.Real product · live account
  • It is never measured. Completion rates and satisfaction scores are attendance data, not results data. Nobody can put a dollar figure in front of the CFO.

Velocity's forecast versus actual pace chart over the last two weeks: cumulative pace to target running above the forecast line, four thousand two hundred fifty dollars against a two thousand three hundred twenty nine dollar target.
Velocity's answer: forecast vs actual, in dollars, per person. This is a real account, on or above pace at $4,250 of a $2,329 target.Real product · live account
  • It is generic. The same deck for the analyst and the account director. Relevance is the price of scale, and relevance is what makes learning stick.

Velocity Discovery's review screen titled Review before anything leaves this machine, showing a recorded task called download invoices from email with eleven frame samples staged for upload and a button to upload and generate the SOP.
Velocity's answer: Discovery watches your own work, you review every frame before anything leaves the machine, and the task becomes a personal skill.Real product · live account

That is not a failure of your people or your content. It is a failure of design.

II

The theory is published. This is it running.

Untangling AI by Matt Kesby, published by Wiley.

Matt Kesby wrote the method in Untangling AI (Wiley, USA Today bestseller). Chapter 4 defines Value Impact: the dollar value of a process before AI, minus the dollar value after. Chapter 2 argues for amplified intelligence, humans and AI in a loop, over artificial intelligence replacing either one.

Velocity is those two chapters compiled into working software. Every claim below is a mechanism you can inspect, not a slogan.

III

Value Impact, with the math

Value Impact = (Current Time × Cost × Frequency)
− (Future Time × Cost × Frequency)

That is the book's formula, verbatim. Here it is cashed into dollars, on inputs you can argue with:

Worked example · one recurring report

Time today
6.0 hours
Time with the minted skill
45 minutes
Loaded rate
$45 / hour
Value Impact per run
$236.25
Run monthly, per person / year
$2,835
Across a 40-person function
$113,400 / year

One task. One skill. Receipted.

Arithmetic on the inputs shown. Never a claim about your organization: in Velocity you replace these inputs with your own, per skill, per person.

The same formula also says no to a 7-minute task done once a quarter at $45 an hour. That is worth $20.88 a year, and the book calls it what it is: NOT a business case for AI use.

Not every idea is a winner, and a system that can say no to its own use cases is a system whose yes you can trust.

In Velocity the formula is not a slide, it is a ledger. Practice runs on sample data are tagged and excluded from the real total. Self-adjusted estimates are bounded and flagged. Forecasts stay forecasts until real runs land.

The ledger underneath it is built to survive an audit, because I intend for it to be audited.

To the CEO

You backed the AI budget because standing still was the bigger risk. The training happened, the certificates went out, and your competitors are moving at the same time you are. Yet when a director asks what actually changed, the honest answer is attendance figures, not outcomes.

Attendance is not an outcome.

You walk away with a per-person, per-run dollar figure your board can interrogate line by line.

IV

Already running Claude? Good. Start there.

If your teams already use Anthropic's Claude or Cowork, with or without Skills, Velocity is the missing layer between the tool and the P&L. A CoWork activity is Velocity's guided work-along: a real task from that person's real role, done with Claude, coached step by step.

Here is the mechanic that changes the economics: every CoWork activity a person completes mints a skill. The skill is reusable: it syncs into that person's own Claude within about a minute and runs again every time the work comes back. And the skill carries its own ledger: every run records Value Impact against the formula above.

That is how you get objective ROI data, as individuals demonstrate, with their own receipts, that they can 3x, 5x, 10x their results delivery.

V

Amplified Intelligence, in person

“Amplified intelligence, not artificial intelligence.”
Untangling AI, Chapter 2

Velocity's delivery model is human-led cohorts with live sessions, supported by daily upskilling with a personalized daily guide. Her name is Anita. While a person works through a CoWork activity, Anita coaches them in a full one-on-one, real-time voice conversation: what to do, where to click, what good looks like, in any of 13 languages.

Not a chatbot in a help widget. A coach with a voice, an agenda, and your real task open on the desk.

The Velocity SideCar beside Claude Cowork: Anita listening, the current instruction card, a progress bar, and the live Value Impact strip reading three hundred dollars this session.

You heard her at the top of this page. That is the same voice that coaches every person on your team, every day.

The programs: Upskill, Accelerate, Outpace

This is what a team's four weeks actually look like. Live sessions are human-led. Every daily activity is role-specific, coached by Anita, and mints into the ledger.

Same shape, double the cadence: two activities a day, extra CoWork sessions midweek, a Discovery day that turns your own tasks into new skills, accountability every week, and the evaluate ceremony to close.

Sessions run on Google Meet, or the meeting platform you already have. Velocity syncs the deck slide by slide and never touches your video.

VII

The enterprise path

For an organization, we run the Enterprise Implementation Suite. Five steps, in order:

  1. 1

Model your organization. Teams, roles, and processes, built in Velocity by us. No accounts are created. Not one email is sent to your staff.

  2. 2

Forecast Value Impact. The formula above, applied across the model. You see the dollar forecast before you commit to anything.

  3. 3

Allocate skills and cohorts. Which teams run which programs, in which order, against which forecast rows.

  4. 4

Run a 30-day pilot. Led by Certified AiCoaches from AiCoaches.com. A small real team, real work, real receipts. The pilot's ledger is the business case.

  5. 5

Mirror the dashboard. You get a read-only view of everything we see. Same numbers, same time, no filter.

Velocity Discovery feeds the model with reality instead of workshop guesses: a desktop app that finds the tasks people actually complete that can be turned into sprints, and the sprints are custom-created for the individuals doing them.

Coming soon: the Velocity Browser. Deterministic, browser-controlled workflow execution with human-in-the-loop capability, delivering the same Value Impact metrics. It is not built yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.
