What you'll build live
You’ll build two repeatable AI workflows during the session and learn how to track their ROI, with a virtual AI facilitator and our Certified AI Coaches guiding you through each step.
First, you’ll build an executive reporting workflow together from start to finish. Then use the same process to build a second workflow around a task from your own role, before saving both inside Velocity and measuring the time and value savings they create.

The session focuses on how to guide an organisation through AI transformation. You'll learn how to upskill your team on AI so it becomes part of their daily workflow. And discover how to track the ROI that comes with it. Technical knowledge of AI is not required.
