Monday 31 August from 9am-1pm, at The W Hotel Brisbane

Our first Leadership Breakfast brought CEOs, founders, and senior leaders from Boeing Defence Australia, Temple & Webster, Wiley, Boom Logistics, and Warakirri Asset Management to The W Hotel to figure out how to make AI pay for itself. So we're doing it again.
This time, with a hands-on workshop where you'll create AI workflows around the work you already do, and learn how to build that same capability across your team, all guided by our Certified AI Coaches every step of the way.
This workshop is built for senior leaders at any stage of AI adoption. No technical experience required.

WHY MOST AI TRAINING NEVER CHANGES HOW WORK GETS DONE
This workshop is built to change that. Rather than just learning about AI, you'll build workflows designed to accelerate the work you do as a leader. And you'll keep everything you create during the session to be used again.
You’ll also work with Velocity, our AI Workforce Transformation platform, to capture the dollar value of every workflow you build, so you leave knowing what AI saves you.
By the end of the morning, you will:
Knowledge retention over time
Matt Kesby spent years running FranklinCovey's 4 Disciplines of Execution at Pfizer, Baxter, and Dell.
And the lesson he took from those years was simple: Transformation only works when people do the work, not just hear about it.
That thinking shaped his bestselling book, Untangling AI, and the companies he went on to build: GoTeam, AICoaches.com, and MultiplAI Tech.
Today, the broader group of businesses Matt leads and advises serves 48,000+ customers globally.
And it’s earned him a seat on the Forbes Technology Council and in YPO, plus invitations to speak at AWS Summit, Function 1 Dubai, and GenAI Summit, among others.
The content of this workshop is built from that experience.
Matt KesbyAuthorNo. The workshop is normally valued at A$179, but your invitation link includes a complimentary seat at no cost. Breakfast and barista coffee are included too.
Not at all. The session is built for leaders with or without prior experience using AI tools. Rest assured, whether you're already automating your work using AI, or if it's your first time using Claude, this session is a fit for you.
Doors open at 9am, with coffee and breakfast served. And the workshop will run from 10am until about 1pm, with a few breaks throughout.
By the end of the morning, you'll have created AI workflows that help you check off your repetitive tasks faster and give you back more time for high leverage work. Plus you'll walk away with a system to successfully drive AI adoption within your team and organisation.
Yes. Breakfast starts at 9am specifically so you have time to connect before the workshop begins, and we’ll have some time to mingle after the workshop. Our last event brought together CEOs, CFOs, Founders, and Board Members from companies including Boeing Defence Australia, Temple & Webster, Wiley, and Warakirri Asset Management, to name a few. Expect a similar room this time around.
Your session will be led by Matthew Christensen, a Certified AI Coach and Fractional Chief AI Officer through AICoaches.com. Matthew's background spans AI transformation planning, governance, and enterprise strategy across infrastructure, government, and corporate environments, including one of Australia's largest infrastructure programs.
Matt Kesby, the author of Untangling AI and founder of AICoaches.com, will also be joining the session to close out the morning. You're in great hands.
Velocity by AICoaches.com is an AI Workforce Transformation platform designed to turn AI from something your team has access to into something they actually use in their day-to-day work. Instead of putting people through one-off AI training, Velocity guides each person through applying AI to real tasks from their own role. As they work, those tasks can be turned into repeatable Skills they can use again or share across the team.
Velocity then tracks how those Skills are being used, the time they're saving and the resulting dollar value, giving leaders a way to see whether AI adoption is actually translating into business impact.
During the workshop, you'll use Velocity alongside Claude CoWork to work through your real tasks rather than generic practice exercises. And everything you build is yours to keep using after the session.
After you register, we’ll give you your next steps to create a Velocity account.
Yes, please bring a laptop and a pair of headphones with you. You'll also need access to a paid Claude account in order to access CoWork, which plays a major part in our workshop. After registering, we'll share details on how to create your Velocity account, too.
This workshop is built for C-Suite leaders, VPs, directors, board members, and other executives. As well as private equity operating partners, portfolio managers, and family office principals. The session focuses on how to guide an organisation through AI transformation.
You'll learn how to upskill your team on AI so it becomes part of their daily workflow. And discover how to track the ROI that comes with it. Technical knowledge of AI is not required.
